Last week while we were at ma n' pa R's house, uncle Stephen was there holding his new baby Leah. Oakley walked over to Stephen and said "Aww, Leah's such a cute baby! What's her name?"

Oakley was helping my mom fold laundry. My mom asked Oakley to turn gpa's shirt inside out. Oakley took the shirt, ran down the hallway, opened our patio door, threw it outside, said "There! Now it won't stink.", walked over to the dogs and told them to stay inside and leave gpa's shirt alone, then ran back into my mom's room. My mom asked Oakley to bring the shirt back to her and Oakley started saying "No! No! You said outside." HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Oakley thought "inside out" meant outside! Hehehe!

Oakley was getting bored waiting in the car, so I handed her one of our adoption cards I had in the glovebox and a pen so she could doodle. She said "Hmmm, let's see....we need 3 cups and some of that and 12 cups sugar and..." then she started happily humming with writing and a few moments later handed me the card back. Then very proudly said "You see, that's just the recipe." See recipe card below...
