This morning we went to Shriner's Hospital again about Oakley's toe walking. The doctor we saw today concluded that Oakley doesn't have cerebral palsey and if she does have spastic diplegia it is the mildest case he's ever seen. He decided that Botox in Oakley's legs isn't necessary, but she would benefit from casting. They were going to get the details worked out with Oakley's orthopedic specialist and call me for an appointment to bring Oakley in to get her casts on. I'm very relieved that this isn't as severe problem as we were thinking at first and hopefully the casting will take care of it.

Good! I'm glad it's not as serious as it could have been. I bet she'll get frustrated with being slowed down by those casts, though! Good luck!
