This morning Oakley had her heart appointment. Her cardiologist hoped that she would be able to have her echocardiogram done without being sedated because she is old enough to understand what is going on. Well it went great! Oakley was totally cooperative. It was so much easier not having Oakley sedated and dealing with coming out of it and all! Anyway, we met with the cardiologist and he said things haven't really changed. It isn't any better and it isn't really any worse. Oakley will be checked again in 2 years unless something comes up before then.
