Today was an odd and interesting day, but still fun. We took Scott and Jillian to the airport this morning and then stopped at Costco for lunch. After Oakley ate her lunch she wanted to go and buy a churro by herself. I gave her the dollar and sent her to the line, but she cut in front of this really nice grandma lady, so I went over and told Oakley that she wasn't allowed to cut in front of people. The lady was so sweet and told me that Oakley could go in front of her and she would help her along in the line. When Oakley got to the front of the line she ordered and paid for her own churro. She was so proud of herself! The lady came over to our table after she got her food and said how adorable and polite Oakley was. It was a very cute thing to watch! While we were driving home Oakley was able to take her shorts off without getting out of her seat belt, she thought this was hilarious! We made a quick stop at the duck pond to feed the ducks, then headed home and took a nap. When we woke up from our naps we went and got Slurpees. After Slurpees Oakley wanted to go show David the TowMater truck down the hill. After TowMater David wanted to go see the chainsaw carvings. We looked at the carvings for a little while. Oakley thought they were neat because some of them were so big!

Oh my heck...that one of Oakley with her shorts on her head is hilarious! Thanks for the ride! I'm glad we were able to spend some time together. :)
